They don't always lipsync. And the reason this is lipsynced is because the song has this echo-y effect applied to Yulia's rap, but that can't be done live. Since it's pretty much crucial to the song's mood, it's just better to lipsync.

But, yeah, they lipsync a lot, but not always. More when they were younger, as RuckalltheFules pointed out.

No, technically this is the correct translation if put into English. They basically put it differently from lyrics you see flying around on the internet and such, since translating from language to language varies in small degrees. Confusing, yes, but nonetheless, it's still the correct translation (in Russian) for what they are actually saying. Or at least, that's what my uncle (who also speaks Russian) says
