@earthboundpikmin it comes with a certificate of authenticity and does not have karate chop action or otherwise his arm would be completely unposeable, you can buy karate action buzz lightyear for around 25 bucks, but he does not talk, and i dont think he even has wings!

@earthboundpikmin the Disney Store Buzz, also known as Advanced Talking Buzz Lightyear, has almost all the features, except he doesn't glow in the dark. - so yes, the Disney store version has the karate chop action, laser, wrist communicator, wings with flashing lights etc

@earthboundpikmin you do know if it did have karate chop action it would not have the following: (1 no wings and no wings means sucky buzz and maybe the wires might be there and not work so no talking buzz (2 the one arm that does karate chop action wouldn't really move well oh and why do you need to know that it's not a fliying toy!?!?

I remember a lot of Buzz Lightyears that had that wrist communicator and it always seemed to break. Other thn that, it looks really cool.
