Amazing performance! Wish I could climb this mythic ascent (as strong as you did). Unfortunately, those days of easy elevation are gone... Maybe someday, before I hit 50!!! Mind-blowing footage from you wife! THANKS!
This is what I call a great family time :) Notice the second car passing by at the beginning, it's a Dacia Logan made in Romania. Great job, great landscape !
I was there too about 2 months ago :) . You are ridding very slightly, I faced some troubles with my 39/25, because the climb was always between 8-12 % after Trafoi.
great video, compliments to your wife for the camera work. What are the specs of your bike? And why did you run 50mm wheels up one of the world's best climbs?
Yes I do love the bike - I've been a rider for almost 30 years. I've climbed the Glandon, Tourmalet and Alp D'Huez in the past but never managed to get to Italy, however I know from experince how hard these climbs can be.
Fabulous video - beautifully shot - thanks for posting this is the most dramatic road in the world and to cycle up it is an impressive feat. The rider looks pretty fit. Commentary is difficult to understand for anyone who is not Dutch however.
Oei, knap dat je met die hoge velgen omhoog kon komen. Een beetje wind en je ligt eraf, voor 't klimmen gebruik ik toch liever lagere velgen.

I hope your wife waited down the mountain
My ex-girlfriend thought it was good to wait up the mountain while I had no cell-phone reach knowing it..

best driving road in the world, and you're doing it on a bike so everyone else has to go 15 mph so as not to hit you?!
