U can crawl under the bolder to get the save crystal after u run from the 2nd bolder if u missed it

Hey, my man! Did you know that yes you can get the save crystal there when that massive ball is coming after you. Well, the second one. All you need to do is tumble into the boulder and she'll grab it. So, it's still grab-able.

The easiest thing to do, if you want to avoid the rolling blades is to straightly run to the switch, that you have to press. And instead of pressing it, you take two side-steps, wait for the blades to pass and then press the switch ... by taking two side-steps Lara actually gets lined up perfectly without getting a scratch :)
