There's just so many things wrong with that "fact" that I can't even list them all here...also YouTube has stupid comment restriction.

That "fact" that they used a real horse's head is not true, because of a few things.

It's against the law to do kill a horse and chop it's head off to use in a movie, even if the horse died of natural causes beforehand. It is also against the law to do that every other animal on the planet.

If they did do what the supposed "fact" says, the directors would be sent to jail the very same year of the film's release, if not a bit earlier, if the police found out before the production was finished.
