I believe I have systemic candida - what treatment should I begin? I have been eating kefir yogurt and probiotics by mouth as well. I do eat bananas daily, which I cant get away from. At week's end I always have itchy skin on face and scalp and a mild rash. Been also taking Liposomal GSH and Vitamin C and D to boost my immune system. What else can I do to get rid of this bugger. My facial physical appearance is really sickly looking - PLEASE HELP!!

@adsan1280 All you have is to much acid in your system. So try alkalizing your self with a wheat grass shake 2 times daily and lemon juice every morning. Try this and let us know how it goes.

@ANOTHERHOLEINYOHEAD You do know that thrush is just a fungus and anything alkaline will get rid of it. eg; lemon juice, lime juice, coconut oil, flack seed oil, bi carb of soda, green grass from your back yard even, thrush is telling you is you have to much asid in the body.
