Religions are mediations of truth for human beings. Oomoto is one way of contemplating and relating to ultimate reality. There are others. I see no harm in acknowledging what people find beneficent in Oomoto-kyo.
i went to Oomoto in kameoka before. it is beautiful have you ever been on the magic lake? i haven't. i was lucky enough to talk to the spiritual leader Kurenai Deguchi! She serves tea very beautifully.

thank you for posting this video. I just learned of this tradition from an incredible artist who had the honor of attending a teaching period with the community in Japan. I am pleased to learn more about it.

Been to many places, talked to many people. Even tried talking to some gods. Only the people responded...with bs.
