Really liked the shutter that cover & refine the figure in the gerwalk mode. And by far, this VF has the most perfect refinement from Yamato Macross series.

Even the in-universe information states that the VF-11 is the first true successor to the VF-1 as it is equally well adapted to flight both inside and outside of an atmosphere. The VF models in between were all geared towards one over the other.
its not your model its just hard to put the gun pod in that mold especially VF-11B they dont stay on the arms well dont know why all the new valks suffer from this

I just got the VF-11c (the new one from Macross 7) yesterday.
I broke the small protrusion on the tab that hold the fuselage from the cockpit on the 1st go!!! The plastic sucks!!!
I have several 1/60 VFs and I know how to handle these toys. Id say poor material choice and engineering ruined this toy for me!!!.
I just noticed my wind shield is not coated with that bubble paint tinting. Box photo and other promotional material has it.

The VF-2SS w/ SAP is a bad-ass VF mecha, and looks kinda similar to the VF-11 series.
Also wouldn't mind getting a "Macross 2" Tomahawk either.
BUT- as you say- it'll nevah happen... dammit.
