É incrível como os franceses são bons para animar, adorei quase todas as suas animações que já vi, ainda que com aquele toque típico melancólico que todo europeu tem, é esse talvez o tempero deles.

Nós brasileiros também temos muitas animações boas, mas assim como o restante dos latinos, não temos um tipo próprio de animação então copiamos os americanos.

I feel as though I have seen this before. For several generations people create stories to tell to their young. The stories told to them when they were children they themselves have retold to their young ones. How can so many forget? Sometimes I wonder if it is not for the better if we forget rather then to remember all the original stories. Seeing as how it will keep happening for some time.

Excelente. Esse vd está disponível no vol II da Coletênea Anima Mundi, mas, infelizmente, apenas em VHS. Levou o Oscar de melhor Curta de animação (2001). No Vol I vcs encontram outra preciosidade de Michael Dudok de Wit : Le Moine Et Le Poisson (1995), igualmente lindo, lírico, mas somente disponivel em VHS tb. Não deixem de assistir!

@bruttbrunomelo the music is by Norman Roger, but the lait-motiv of this video is actually a theme song from The Danube Waves by Iosif Ivanovici,a romanian composer.i recognised imediately the song bcs i used to hume it in my childhood:) and the words are relating with what's happening in the video,i believe that's the reason for beeing chosen;)
