Sometime in late '93,when the TV listings said that week's episode of MST3K was "Santa Claus",I assumed it was THIS movie;I was looking forward to Mike and the 'bots reaction to Lithgow's "Foh FREEE?!?"
Was a tiny bit disappointed that it wasn't....Mexican movie's still funny,though.
I wonder why he didn't show the part where BZ escapes the police by eating a lot of the candy and starts floating uncontrollably into space, probably to his death.
@origamipein18 modern society doesn't think too highly of 80's cult films, lmao!. I actually meet 3 people recently who never even heard of The Neverending Story, Dragonslayer, or The Dark Crystal. Except those were all good films
@origamipein18 watch them when you get the chance too, immediately. preferably on a rainy afternoon or night when going outside isnt an option. although they're family movies, all 3 are really dark in atmosphere.

@KTKomedy2813 Yeah there is but since he's doing the odd numbered films that would include star trek 3. I don't think it's a bad film but it's not a great one either. Insurrection is a bad film but I don't think it's worse than star trek 5 which is what Doug thinks but well he did like Nemesis so I don't really agree with him there. I think I'll enjoy the reviews but really compared to what he'll probably say to what Sfdebris said I think Sfdebris is going to be more spot on with his opinions.

Like I say star trek 3 might not be a great film but it's not bad either unless he just wants to review it just to say that to those who do think it's a bad movie. Wouldn't he be better off just doing 1,5,7 and 9?
