were the last ingredients to be put on the mixture butter and oil? andwhat stock was used? chicken stock? rice wine better or any white wine?

@topazanne the stuffing mix can be added together anytime, i used a light chicken stock i made myself and really up to you for the wine used (rice or white)

does it need the cheese?and yer if it does need it id go the dryer cheese like parmesan, or the middle ground romano.

@chinarose168 I used cheddar in this but Parmesan would be better, i used rice wine but any white wine will do (chardonnay or Sauv)
