If you would like to know when I use sarcasm it will be 1) When I write with gratuitous amounts of spelling errors (ie. this video's description) or 2) I use caps lock, haha

@slowmomike Right okay so when I do a hardflip, it basically goes behind me like a front shuv but it does the kickflip-py bit, and when i try to do the ones the flip upward i land on the graphic? Share your wisdom!

@MrGobbagobba hmmm.. seems like it would be easier to fix the 'flip upward and land on graphic' situation, since you have half the flip and full fs pop shove rotation (if that is what you are saying). I want to say: try putting more emphasis on the flick (like really get in the board and flick it). And make sure you still flick perpendicular, the flick of the hardflip will feel very similar to the flick of a kickflip, except directed differently, hope that helps you out

@thedeadguy420 hmm... it does look like a bit of a twist, never realized it before. But how I treat it is like a high/vertical fs pop shove that will go between your legs, I guess the twisting happens without thought =P

Do you think hardflips or inward heels are easier? Hardflips to me are a lot easier (but are still hard), but whenever I try to inward heel, my legs go like completely crossed and the board kind of just flies out :/

@HHSW99HC I never practice inwards, so they are going to be tougher for me. I just like the feeling of a hardflip over an inward heelflip.

@rjftrebor haha I know what you mean trebs.  I remember long time time ago when we had a gos on boardinghq, one of the sets was a hardflip. I matched it, but I replayed it so many times wondering why my hardflips looked so varial-y, that's when I changed =]

Now I just pop them vertical and it works for me, haha
