Thanks for visiting. I understand your feelings however we wanted to focus on the positives of transplant-THE LIFE OF A LITTLE BOY. In reality yes he is on medication but only 3, less than before transplant & no machines (feeding and dialysis.) Are there side effects? sure. We wanted people to see a thriving & growing little boy who enjoys every moment like any other 4 year old, which wasn't possible before. He was treated differently in playgroups because of the meds, tubes & machines.
I just gave my brother a kidney on august 4 2010.. I gave him the gift of life too.

the news made it sound like he didnt have to take meds at all, which is so untrue.
