Those old songs had the great chord progressions that I love. Modern music is all just one or two chords (if they even have chords) repeated relentlessly.
Perfect. Sometimes a simple version works best. Obsessive pyrotechnics on the guitar can become tedious. I think you really are a fantastic guitarist - please continue to post.
I managed to learn 'Tiptoe through the Tulips' from watching your version and this is my next project.
do you by any chance know of everyone who has covered this song? because it's in the film Amelie, but i know it isnt the Paul Whiteman version. it's very django reinhardt-like. i cant find it anywhere!
For your info, in French its called "ah, si j'avais un franc cinquante", which would be translated as :" ah, if only I had a nickle!"... great playing, btw.
tabs? :D

does that small sound hole alter the way it sounds or give it any tone characteristics?

Very nice! In my opinion it should not be played with a pick - you can get much more tonality without one. Sweet chord progression.

Very sweet arrangement, Adrian. I do love this song, and not only in its bebop form (Groovin' High), but the original.
