Great Receipe and very close to the authentic style of making Samosa.I used to make samosa on our own shop when I was young and that was using my father's receipe(great samosa maker in my city). I never found any good receipe close to one that my father taught me. This is the one I found as one of the authentic receipe of making samosa.
Thank you so much for wonderful recipes. I made the samosa, the way you showed. It came out perfect. I am Bengali, so we call this samosa, Singara. Anyway, my husband is White American and he loves our food. Thank you again for easy cooking method :)
Hello Mr.Harpal jee...i tried out this samosa recipe.omg i cant believe i made awesome samosas.absolutely perfect.i just followed what u advised about making the dough and while frying the samosa.ur tooo toooo good a chef and a teacher...thank u so much..
hi sir... my samosas came out very well. thank u so much. everybody liked them. but after 4-5 hrs my left out samosas turned out soft, they were not crispy. can u suggest me something so that they shud be crispy even after hrs just like in shops?
Thanks a lot for the descriptive video. The tips helped my mom a lot. She's made them earlier but they turned out soft and soggy all the time until I let her watch your video! She's happy and they're now perfecto!
We noticed some bubbles starting to appear as we fried them, not sure what caused them. My mom re-kneaded the dough with some more flour and fried them again and they seemed to go away (they were a lot more crispier too). What do you think caused those bubbles?
I have been searching for a good Punjabi Samosa recipe since loooong.... all f them i tried till now was a big flop!.....But ur recipe is awesome,my Samosas came out sooo tasty,n the outer covering was just perfect with the "back bone" ...thank u sooo much Chef :)
