Scousers come from the city of Liverpool but the woolybacks come from places like Huyton, Kirkby etc in Knowsley, and Crosby, Netherton, Seaforth etc in Sefton. The people of St. Helens are lancastrians with their own identity that is distinct from Liverpool.
