  • "Allez cuisine?" Kaga should've given pre-fight instructions. I couldn't believe it when I first saw it.

  • Barbecued Stngray and a layer of sambal sauce with a drizzle of lemon. <3

  • challengers are always to arrogant

  • wow these guys can cook anything ! I wonder what they can do with a can of beets, and some spam ? lol

  • You know, of all the animals they've butchered live on this show, stingrays would be the first one I wouldn't mind. Not after what those fucking things did to poor old Steve

  • @druha10304 totally classless.

  • I think I would feel bad eating a Sting Ray, because they're beautiful and generally mild-tempered, but omg the stingray Sakai-san is cooking looks tasty. *¬*

  • damn, the challenger's all greedy with the main ingredient.

  • Goddamn, Inoue go easy on the sauce. He was red in the face before the halfway point.

  • you mean the wine?

lol. might explain why he's being so cocky.

  • Food fight!

  • I wouldn't mind having that in stew..stingray stew

  • stingray is a difficult fish to cook... i can only think of BBQ sambal stingray in Singapore and no any other stingray dishes....

  • lets go comp comp!!!

  • Haha!

  • ho ho Sakai being bad ass XD

  • hot damn! these critters have huge ass livers... who would have thought flat things had such big internal organs =P

  • you should see the liver on a 100 pound halibut! i worked at a high-end seafood restaurant and had to clean a few of those... monstrous livers!

  • Inoue can't even watch the battle without a drink!

  • I think Inoue has a big mouth.

  • All of you all are so right. SAKAI is the best!! I just really hate that they don't play the Japanese Iron Chef show like they used to. What a shame.

  • I never knew you could eat them. Has anyone here ever tasted one?

  • Yes, chewy as all hell. It probably wasnt prepared all that well though, as a friend cooked it after he caught it.

  • When baked, it takes similar to skate...

  • I've never eaten skate. Does it taste anything like sole?

  • Yes, it's very common in some parts of southeast Asia. Grilled/barbecued with a spicy chilli sauce, squeeze a kalamansi lime over it, perfect.

  • Interesting! :)

  • where in the philippines, maybe in the visayas area but I havent taste one in Luzon

  • its popular in singapore too mmmm chilli and belachan yummyyy!!

  • oh my, I haven't had grilled stingray in a while! I might just cook one tonight!!!

  • shame the stingrays were dead when they started cutting them up.

  • lol agreed. serious only started watching this because i was like, wtf, this'll b hilarious tryin to watch them handle the stingrays..

  • It'd be impossible to prepare them if they had to kill them first.

  • KAJISAN!

  • i dont recall stingray being sold at a market in the US. i would buy one and cook it to see if its tasty. i ate shark meat once, i might of cook it too long cause it was rubbery and really tough.

  • actually they can cut off the tail first, which is the poisonous part.

asians usually grilled it & eat it with hot & spicy sauce.

  • I love Sakai to death!

  • Chef Inoue is being so mean to Sakai!! Ughhh...be quiet old man...hehehe. GO SAKAI!!

  • I hope you had a drink for me, Leon! Cheers to you. Meanwhile, it is fun to see Sakai-san unleash his bitchy side. I just love him.

  • Transformers was okay. I personally thought it was over-hyped by my friends. And, I went out to drink for a while as well.

  • Y'know, they always talk about 'skirting the rules' when a challenger's convoy helps a bit, but has anyone ever actually gotten in trouble for that?

  • oh wow... tell us how it is will you. and hurry back soon cuz this is the funniest show yet.

  • Folks, I'm going to watch Transformers. It was on a short notice, so I'll post up the rest of this episode and another one (!) in a few hours.

  • I'm watching it too today!

  • I hope you like the movie, and hey, thanks 'fer uploading. Out of curiosity, did you notice that when Kaga said "Stingray" in japanese, it sounds just like "Eck!" ? I was thinking... good name for it.
