You know, of all the animals they've butchered live on this show, stingrays would be the first one I wouldn't mind. Not after what those fucking things did to poor old Steve
I think I would feel bad eating a Sting Ray, because they're beautiful and generally mild-tempered, but omg the stingray Sakai-san is cooking looks tasty. *¬*
i dont recall stingray being sold at a market in the US. i would buy one and cook it to see if its tasty. i ate shark meat once, i might of cook it too long cause it was rubbery and really tough.
I hope you like the movie, and hey, thanks 'fer uploading. Out of curiosity, did you notice that when Kaga said "Stingray" in japanese, it sounds just like "Eck!" ? I was thinking... good name for it.
"Allez cuisine?" Kaga should've given pre-fight instructions. I couldn't believe it when I first saw it.

All of you all are so right. SAKAI is the best!! I just really hate that they don't play the Japanese Iron Chef show like they used to. What a shame.

I never knew you could eat them. Has anyone here ever tasted one?
LuvvyDuck 3 years ago
Yes, chewy as all hell. It probably wasnt prepared all that well though, as a friend cooked it after he caught it.
Fivefingerdiskount 3 years ago
When baked, it takes similar to skate...
HaloedG 3 years ago
I've never eaten skate. Does it taste anything like sole?
LuvvyDuck 3 years ago
Yes, it's very common in some parts of southeast Asia. Grilled/barbecued with a spicy chilli sauce, squeeze a kalamansi lime over it, perfect.

Transformers was okay. I personally thought it was over-hyped by my friends. And, I went out to drink for a while as well.

Y'know, they always talk about 'skirting the rules' when a challenger's convoy helps a bit, but has anyone ever actually gotten in trouble for that?
Kailder 4 years ago
oh wow... tell us how it is will you. and hurry back soon cuz this is the funniest show yet.
robill1 4 years ago
Folks, I'm going to watch Transformers. It was on a short notice, so I'll post up the rest of this episode and another one (!) in a few hours.
