larping always seemed retarded to me because of the objectivity. How do you know you're dead in a larp, and how do you know if you killed something? Are there like judges/refs? Who are counting hits or something?

1 your dead when you have lost al your life points which are points on the chest, arms and legs. the head, the crotch by both men and breasts by women are a no hitting zone.

2 a monster or npc has a certain amount of life points just like the player char, if it stops moving it's useally dead

3 there are refs walking around, they give info to the monster and sometimes to players depending on there skills als wel keeping eyes uit for player who do not really play fair.

4 your actually responsible of keeping a eye on your own life points. if your not how many you have left it's useally better to play dead or knocked out than keep walking around. Refs do keep a eye out but arents really busy with that.
