  • Om nom nom :D

  • Is weasel and actual weasel?? I want one

  • @AlbionsHero Yes, the uploader is from russia, this species is a "kolonok" (siberian weasel)

  • Texas chainsaw weasel.

  • The taste of inhumanity

  • This isn't cruel. It's actually quite a humane way of killing - go for the brain stem - spinal cord connection. If that fails, then try the throat A quick ripping motion is preferable for the latter, as it will minimize pain, but crushing the windpipe will also lead to a relatively quick death, albeit with a little more pain. However, compare that to how cats play with their prey before killing it! Least weasels are far more pragmatic - kill and be done with it, so you can eat!

  • thats is fuckin cruel :(

  • MMMMMM BRAINNNS

  • Very cool video, I had no idea weasels were that tiny. Sooo cute. :)

  • Interesting, did not know they sufforcate their prey like a cat...

  • Oh Jesus.. O.o

  • can we put parental advice? xD

  • damn now i'm hungry.

  • mouse. . . . . .or rat?

  • @kaliswain11 mouse

  • 0:03 Mouse squeaks.

  • weasel owns mouse

  • DAYUUUMM NATURE! YOU SCARY :O

  • are you going to release the weasel, if not why waste the money to buy a rodent for the weasel to eat, also it's a bit unfair with it being in an encloasure.

  • Dam weasel u just killed that mouse like nothing

  • I like how it instantly goes for the decapitation...

    there can only be one...

  • never saw a weasel with a house before =D

  • hah thats cool.

  • This is how they survive...It used to make me upset to see stuff like this...but I realize it is for the good of the animal's survival. It is the way of life...and some people should just suck it up and deal with it, either that or don't leave comments.

  • The poor ferret was having a hard time jerkin the meat off :( good skill tho

  • @Renshimenko Its a Weasel :P lol

  • @Renshimenko jerking the meat ewwwwww

  • awwww, so cute!

  • Your cat is more of a stone cold killer as it will kill for the fun of it...this guy is killing because he is hungry, and that is how it's done...

  • Wow! How amazing was that? True hunter skillz. Yeah that's right, with a 'z'! :P

  • ok, there's other ways to feed your pets instead of live food.... DO IT!!!

  • @treeman2007 dude its life

  • @treeman2007 That isn't a pet, it's a rescued wild animal. Welcome to nature, only this time, it's happening in a plastic tub as opposed to the back green, because someone was kind enough to save (and feed) a naturally predatory animal. Carnivores kill. Get over it.

  • @SelkitFox

Stop saying it's nature!! it's not!! the weasel is in a bin and rats are thrown into the bin.... TOTALLY DIFFERENT THEN WHAT HAPPENS IN NATURE

  • @treeman2007 Shut up, pussy. Thats how they eat. Sure, you can be a little bitch and buy it treats, but live animals are by far way more better for them. Just like for snakes. It IS nature, that's how they eat in the wild. Just because its in a bin doesn't make the animal all of a sudden unnatural.

  • @KRnFckXXX

I guess your right. Well in that case don't be a little bitch and put yourself in a lion's den please

  • pauvre souris <=3

  • ownage

  • ferrets cousin

  • Wow he's hungry!!! LOL

  • "They're even cute when they kill!" George Carlin

  • aaa Vampire

  • good lord D:

  • Wow, no offense to ferrets but weasels are definitely quicker with killing mice so far from the videos I've seen. Ferrets seem to take forever to kill it.

  • @xXNibiNoNekoXx dude the rat didnt die rfast at all n the cage was to small to say how long it wouldve took

  • @shaqmasterp

I said quicker. Not exceptionally quicker then ferrets.

  • How the hell do I get a weasel?

  • The whole time I was waiting for it to take a bite out of that ear...

  • very cute, weasels rock!

  • weasel haz new bzt fwend =).

  • JESUS CHRIST. That isn't very cute..

  • its nature

  • man are these things legal in california USA

  • @1994JMF, Thats ferrets. They are illegal to sell in California, but legal to buy elsewhere and bring to California strangely enough.

  • this is awsome that i found this video because im doing a school report on them and i need to know how they kill on the other hand its funny seeing a mouse getting slottered by a weasel

  • shit hole of a cage is right,......i woke up to two white stoats in my house this morning, no shit, got two traps set and i'm waiting for either them to go in and die or for my bengal to get em

  • burn in hell sunshine

  • what a dump of a cage

  • Truly great little hunters.

  • 1 attacked my cat but my cat ate the little guy

  • BITE THAT FUCKER SNAP HIS NECK

  • O.O

  • R.I.P mouse !!! ♥

  • can weseals b home pets?

  • NOOOOOOO way. not a good idea. they aren't domesticated. they are angry, sharp tooth little balls of adorable violence. just watch him eat. domestic animals should not do that. whoever is keeping this critter is nuts. lol

  • so weird how every time a mouse is getting eaten it still tries to run look at its feet

  • GOOD WIDEO!!

  • and thats how we turn a mouse into weasel droppings

  • Mmmmm Brains ....

  • deliciouse :3

  • i knew you could have pet ferretsbut not weasels i want one!! lol were du get it from?

  • Nice video i feed my two Royal Ball Pythons, Rats every week so im not mortified by this soats are the cutest type of Mustilids there are i think that or Minks.

  • I know this is natural but i find this quite disturbing. Weasels are quite different to ferrets aren't they and they are a lot smaller too, is this an adult weasel?

  • They're all carnivores. They eat whatever is made of meat and not fast enough to get away.

  • омгвтф зохавали мышко =(

    Но круто!

  • poor mouse :-(

  • i didnt know they ate rats and stuff like that lol thought they ate bugs n shit (not literally)

  • Yes, they also eat bugs, but they would have to eat a LOT of bugs to equal one mouse.

  • looks hungry.....

  • so he eats mice...

  • not only !

    As a treat ONLY!

  • yes blud lol joking its life

  • damn i want to see a squirrel and a weasel fight.

  • all ferets are weasels but not all weasels are ferrets

  • Badgers are also Weasels...odd fact.

  • how is that?

  • wait..you have to feed a weasel a..rat?

    or...can it be like..carrots?

  • Weasels, like ferrets, are carnivores and I believe they wouldn't digest carrots very well.

  • Weasels are CARNIVORES.

  • they can eat fruits and vegetables fine (according to my mom) they just don't get any nutrients off them. Its like junk food for them :)

  • Are weasels carnivores?

  • yes

  • ],; this makes me wanna starve animals ]: i hate making them eat other things..

Can't stop it though I guess.

  • T.T waaaaaaaaaaaaa poor mouseie

  • Saw a wild weasel today while walking in some trails...It was carrying something. i think a chipmunk. Either way it was pretty cool to see. I wonder where one would get a domestic weasel.

  • that was very creative, thanks,

yea i was just wondering where people get weasels, they are fun loving and cute, my friends have some but they got them in mexico

  • that's just cool

  • nice weasel

  • if somebody knows where to getone please let me know

    deathisaparter at yahoo

  • Weasels are wild animals. They are not toys nor dolls to play with them.

Please, let them be free! :)

  • really? i didn't know that they weren't a toy, but this guy has one, ohh and weren't all animals wild atsome point?

like fish, and horses, and dogs, and for that matter go to the zoo none of them are wild, the world is changing we ae on top of the food chain and i'm not saying i like that fact but, people all over the world get baby weasels and stuff as pets and they seem to be quite fun loving

  • Oh! You are very smart.

We dont live "at some point", but now. And you are — or should be — responsible for your own actions instead of hiding yourself behind all these childish justifications.

Are you a "top predator" of weasels? Or would you take care of them and love them?... Some kinds of love can kill.

  • what childish justifications?

no shit some love can kill them, are you like retarted in asking am i the top weasel predator? look point is some people i know have some, they are nice little fun loving animals, thats how my friends raised them, and yes some people are unfit to be incontrol of animals, just like unfit parrents, but where can you judge and decide who is? you are not god or anyone that controls all animals, if people have bears and tigers and everything else and can take care of

  • them then how can you decide that i can't get a small weasels, think about this, minks are raised on farms and killed by the thousands everyday, for their fur, now if i got a pet mink would you bitch or say i'm glad that he is taking care of it rather than letting it die, ohh and when i ask a queston please don't bitch about the queston i asked, either awnser it or don't fucking reply, thank you that is all.

  • You are an immature and capricious child.

You are unable to hear opinions that disagree with yours and just respect them. You need to crush, to insult, to justify yourself (more conceited justifications!) and to have the last word!

  • man you just love to try to crush other people's spirits, i don't like that, i just asked a queston and you had to reply to bitch about it, like i said if you are notgoing to awnser it then don't, don't go bitch about it

  • The prey is almost the same size as the predator oO

  • Yes, and weasel can even hunt preys so big as a rabbit. Amazing!

  • when the mouse moves it leh=gs it already dead cos the when they get attcked there muscles spasm

  • that's a bad ass weasel!!

  • Where does one get a weasel? I want one.

  • the mouse is food, learn to deal with death...

  • WHAT THE HELL!? Thats gross!

  • As a huge exotic animal lover I have to say...

I think I found my next pet!!!

  • :( poor mouse

  • Cool man.. Don't know anything about weasels, I gotta check 'em out 0)

  • that would be awsome if the dog came and ate the weasel after

  • Lol, "the circle of life".

  • youtube com/watch?v=DRUQB2ABWy0

    weasel vs rabbit

  • i need a Weasel get rid of some of dem mice :D

  • i wanna buy a weasel where can i buy 1?

  • little mouse didnt have a chance to react lol

  • Why feed the weasel live food? The mouse could bite, scratch or otherwise injure your pet. I know its a problem for snakes which is why people often opt for frozen mice and theres always all meat canned and dry food.

  • Snakes cannot be compared to a weasel. The snakes which are fed mice are most often constrictors, they must squeeze the rodent to death, weasels on the other hand are incredibly agile and have little chance of being injured by a mere mouse. They are known to kill prey much larger than themselves, even posing a threat to raptors and cats who would prey on them.

  • i feed my ferrets rat all the time. only once did 1 get injured and it just had a couple bite marks on her neck but she was fine. and also the rat was huge, its perfectly fine...

  • so what, weasle cares about the same amount that a dog cares when it has been bitten by a fox, or a ferret scratched by a rabbit, i have never seen one be remotly bothered, our ferrets cleared out some mice at the end of our garden that we didnt knw we had. lol

  • damn that thing is tiny. about the size of a mouse

  • for a start!! poor weasel for having to live in that small basket!!it is way to small and secondly poor mouse/gerbil!! it didnt die for ages!!

  • boo hoo, animals dont see things like we do, death is a part of life and animals die, this is slightly more natural and it offends you, just becuase you dont have to deal with the meat you probably eat doesnt mean it didnt have to die, and what we call humane is not right or natural, more stress is suffered by an animal that is killed in an abatoir than an animal chased by dogs (fox, bit smarter than a mouse) yes animals shouldnt live in cages, but alot of people keep pets, mine are ferrets.

  • Comment removed

  • yes it is a small cage, but how do you know that this person doesnt let it out? my ferrets have free reign over the garden for some time every day but for the rest of the day they have a cage not much bigger than this, it doesnt bother them becuase mustelids spend a fair amount of the time sleeping, ferrets its about eighteen hrs a day weasles im not sure about. but you shouldnt post comments based on first impressions, why not ask if its let out?

  • yer but even if it is let out during the day !! it should still have a proper cage! not a washing basket!!

  • whats so good about a cage...except that its probably harder to clean out than a washing basket. you dont have to keep pets according to what other people do you know...

  • yer a basket is really easier to clean seeing as when u try to trip the bedding out it wood fall through the little hole! Anyway im not arguing with u about where some radom person neither of us know should keep their pet weisel. ~Iv send my opinion and you obviously disagree!! so get over it

  • lol i was pointing out that you were being too judgemental, wasnt bothered by it just thought i should point it out, its you that has something to get over...

  • if it didnt bother u there wasnt really any reson for u to point it out was there!

  • lol, grumpy guss, relax a little will you...why cant we all just get along?

  • lo grumpy guss,??? :S shut up u plank !! u started it ! ;p

  • "immature snigger" yes i did...lol i am a bit of a plank on the odd occasion...lets be friends now, yes?

  • wesal ia like a ferret

  • what your keeping that weasel in is WAYY too small!

they need a large enclosure, something like a ferret cage. Thats unfair to keep him in that.

  • Great vid. Thank you!

    *sings* Mouse brains, mouse brains,

    roly-poly mouse-brains,

    Mouse brains, mouse brains,

    Eat them up, yum!

  • Where can I buy a weasel?

  • ya same for me?? Anywhere in manitoba or around there??

  • i once had a weasel but my dog ate him :S

  • your dog is mean :(

  • indd

  • you retard!its not a dog.its a WEASEL.NOT A FERRET OR A DOG!

  • no its an elephant!

  • haha naw naw man cant you tell?!?!? its a one of the killer whale things! lol

  • dude, the weasel is the ultimate killer in terms of small prey.

  • so yeah what? just cause dogs were domesticated over thousands of years from their wolf ancestors doesn't mean weasels are right now. weasels are evolved to kill mice that's why their bodies are that shape, for quick access into mouse holes and a speedy get around

  • why a gerbil?

  • Egypt = 80 million people & = 200000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 weasel

  • nossa o bicho cumeu a cabeça do rato

  • awesome..... u hav a weasel as a pet do they make good pets

  • the killing power of these things per kilo of their body weight is awesome, it must be up there with the best of them

  • is it in a laundry basket?

  • жуууть... так нельзя (

  • damn he kill that rat faster than a ferret..!! cool vid man

  • that's not a mouse. that is a gerbil.

  • Pretty good footage you got there, i am impressed, please do post more feedings, i would like to watch. =D

  • That was sweet as hell.

  • too many ferret/weasel owning sick bastards on youtube.

I can't beleive how many poeple feed there ferrets "live prey" Then they say "its natural-this is what they do in the wild". Thrre are n wold ferrets. Only polecats-dumbasses

    just admit your are sadist

  • o_o polecats are in the mustelidae family, just like ferrets and weasels and martens. They are predators, and enjoy some sort of 'hunt' to keep them happy.

  • domestic means that there insticnts have been dumbed down;otherwise they would be too vicious to be pets-they whole reason why you don't encourage aggressive behavior by feeding them "live prey".

just admit you want to watch it kill for your own enjoymnet-don't blame it on the animals happiness.

It can't miss somethign it has never had

    duuuuuh

  • No, thats not.

Domestic cats hunt all the time. They are still predators.Domestic dogs hunt all the time - sometimes for their owner's benefit. Either hunting vermin or for food.

Domestic animals still have instincts because they are STILL animals. Its what they were 'bred to do',inmost cases. If that brain isn't stimilated in the same fashion in SOME way. (Whether it be hunting bugs to make up for mice for cats, or chasing rabbits in the backyard for some dog breeds) They will get antsy.

  • lol moron, not heard of hunting dogs then, or ferrets? christ what a dumb comment, my dog catches rabbits rats and squirrels, he is also one of the softest dogs i know, and i do know a few, i have ferrets that hunt and are perfectly good as pets, and have never bitten me, animals like weasles you can hardly force to excercise, unlike a dog, it aint just its happiness but its also its health, if it gets fed live prey it has to stay fit, my ferts get so fat over the summer and they get out evryday

  • i'm sure your the sort of person who would allow a dog to get fat and be out of breath walking around the house, rather than allow it to hunt and keep its mind and body in peak condition, i have never seen a pet dog as switched on as a hunting dog. and i have also seen people who are anti hunting vegetarian muppets (who feed their dog meat), and also allow it to get fat, thats animal cruelty, in my eyes.

  • No, ferrets arn't wild.... and this animal ISNT a ferret. Its a stoat, which IS wild. Not a pet, not domesticated, not friendly. Look at polevv's other videos, he/she has to wear gloves to touch one.

  • dude thats a weasel not a ferret and yes ur right that weasels are wild but he can still have one as a pet

  • Having one as a pet depends on where you live. In the US it varries by state; what documentation and licences you need. Other countries have thier own laws... but those laws are there for a reason. Too many people think they know how to handle a wild animal and dont (but I'm not going to judge polevv's ability myself)

  • My ferret needs to take lessons from your weasel on how to kill a mouse. My ferret eats mouse much faster though!

  • i got this pet ferret before i worked them, it killed a whole family of mice behind the shed before we even knew they existed... get your ferret out after rabbits, after that they wont have any trouble with mice.

  • It's cool that you have a weasel. How old is it? Does it eat meat (other than live food)?
