  • Man that "I love u baby" is dead on!!!

  • I bet your neighbors love it when you take Geronimo out.

  • This video is sooooo colorful and also interesting because Geronimo can talk in different languages too (even Erika understood the meow LOL)

I think it is worth to be seen on telly!!!!!

Love and hugs .......and I love you baby

I would be so proud if he would say this to me too. I dearly love him!!!

  • I actually said aww out loud. Sooo cute!

  • @kat4colorguard Aww! thank you for your precious comment! This is one of my personal favorites because he still screams "Come Here" when he wants me, and how can I resist going to him because I know that all the mushy talk is on the way.

    Linda

  • you trust him in the open

    how long did it take

  • @unknown0310 When he was given to me at age 3 years old, he could not fly then. I hope someday to teach him to fly. He can glide, but he seems afraid to even try that. I wish all birds had the privilege of flying. That is their nature and what God intended.

    Blessings from Linda in Tennessee

  • does he say "meow" at first?

  • @chitty8126 Yes, Geronimo does say meow at first. He does that when he wants something. He learned it from our cat, Giocoso. Then he learned that screaming come here is more effective. LOL

  • Lol she is freaking out when she loses her balance

  • @Mrcandy520 Geronimo has excellent balance, but sometimes is a little unstable on small limbs. He loves being in trees so much. The fresh air, sunshine, and exercise is really good for him.

  • at one point it sounds like he is screaming "rat hair!" over and over again :)

  • @hoodedtriplets That is so funny! I never noticed that before.

  • so cute

  • this bird reminds me of Glover when he's falling off of the side of the map

  • You can defiantly tell this bird is loved and he knows it. whether or not he actually knows what "i love you" means you can hear the love in her voice as she says it back to him. :) so cute!

  • @xXxzeldapandalvrxXx I am so sorry for the delay for such a wonderful comment. Thank you so much for your heartfelt thought about Geronimo. Yes, he does know what love means. He is my sweetie pie, and I know that he feels my love and gives it right back to me.

    Blessings from Linda in Tennessee

  • lol i thought u were in a forest cuz of the angle then when u got up and went to him it was just ur backyard...and this was sooooo cuteee melted my heart

  • @pencilluna10 Actually, we are in our front yard! I am so glad that Geronimo melted your heart. He keeps my melted!

    Linda

  • HAHAHAHAHAHA soo funnyyyy

  • @TheMusicFreak459235 Thank you so much! I am glad you enjoyed Geronimo's funny video.

    Linda

  • I think it melted everyones heart in the room when we heard your bird say I love you baby! Sooo sweet.

  • @okn0tok Oh thank you for your wonderful comment! I am so sorry for the delay. I am on vacation in Europe for 3 weeks.

    Linda

  • You're his "baby". How cute! lol I'm gonna do that to my kids when I have them. "COME 'ERE!!!! COME 'ERE!!!! COME!!!!!" *waves arms randomly and yells* "COME 'ERE!!!!!!!"

  • @ajdavillae Thanks for your wonderful and funny comment. Geronimo is my baby too! We say to each other: "I love you baby!" Sometimes he says: "I love you bird!" He is such a sweetie pie and a big clown.

    Cheers from Linda

    Geronimo's Rescue Pets Channel

  • OMG I want one

  • @ericamattes If you really do want one, PLEASE RESEARCH, THEN RESCUE! Having a cockatoo or almost any parrot is like having a 2 year old child for about 80 years plus. They scream, are messy, and demand a lot of attention. Are you ready for that? If you have any questions, please ask.

    Cheers from Linda & Geronimo

  • How old is he? I forgot to ask ma'am

  • @rDarkWarrior Geronimo is 13, and I adopted him from a lady going through a divorce when he was 3 years old.

  • lol, awwww :o)

  • What a lovely bird and so clever, thanks for posting as a video response to our Database!

  • @GreatestOnlineVideos Thank you so very much for your lovely comment.

    Cheers,

    Linda & Geronimo

  • Lmfao Omg Geronimo is such a smart and beautiful bird! I love how he says "I love you baby"

  • @rDarkWarrior Thanks for your comment. Yes, Geronimo still melts my heart when he says, "I love you baby". The smart little stinker sometimes uses that advantage to get what he wants, like nuts or getting his way. LOL

  • He begs the question,. who is he immitating ? ;)

  • @Zoltrix67 Thanks Phil! Geronimo is imitating me when I call him down from a tree. Sometimes, he does not want to come to me, especially when it is raining. Then I have to bribe him with a treat.

    Linda

  • @birdlady423 hehe You have such a way with him, he knows he is loved and where he belongs.

  • Mo is a genius!!

  • @hollygeil Thanks Holly! You are pretty smart yourself for recognizing that he is so intelligent.

  • are his wings cliped? are you afraid he will fly away? hes so cool

  • @muddpuppie226 I typically clip his wing feathers, and it is time to do that again! I really wish he could fly freely, but he never learned how which I find very sad. Some day soon I hope to have an outdoor aviary, and then I plan to teach him to fly.

    Linda

  • He's a beautiful bird!

  • @cupcake101 Thank you very much!

Geronimo send winged hugs and beaky kisses!

    Cheers from Linda

  • This is what i heard him from beggining to end:

    1:Rear

    2:REEr!

    3:RET ER

    4:WET EAR WET EAR

    5:??????????

    6:RAEGERESD

    7:Come hear lol

It's so cute hearing him talk :)

  • @peekoispet Thanks for your detailed description! I just hear the "Come here!" You are so young; you can hear better than me!

Love and hugs from Linda & Geronimo

  • @peekoispet hahahha so true. But the I love you part is perfect :)

  • how adorable!!!!! what kind of cockatoo is it?

  • @necronlord123 Thank you! Geronimo is an umbrella cockatoo! They are very demanding for attention and loud, and that is why there are so many in rescue centers needing to be adopted.

    Linda

  • how cuuuuute

  • @annegretekrings THANKS SO MUCH! Geronimo is my sweetie pie and I love him so much. I just wish he would not scream! LOL

    Linda

  • it really shows you how loud they call out - and they don't get quieter just b/c they are inside a house!!

  • @sodacoaster SO VERY TRUE! A cockatoo's scream is why so many end up being re homed or in rescue centers. People need to do much research before getting a cockatoo. Rescuing is always the better way to go because there are so many cockatoos that need a home.

    Linda

  • great video funny and sooo cute^^

i love these birds!!! could anyone tell me how much do they cost??????

  • @chrisoulicius Thanks for the compliment! I recommend adopting one because there are 1000's in rescue centers that have been abused or neglected. Every time a bird is bought, that leaves one more bird that is still on a waiting list to get in a rescue center. Owning a cockatoo is like having a 2 year old child for 85 years plus because they are so demanding. They scream, bite, are messy, and want your attention many hours a day. Please research first.

    Blessings,

    Linda

  • I ♥ U baby .......... had to watch again

  • @lolahavasuaz Thank you so very much! This video seems to be one of everyone's favorites. He still yells for me to come here when he wants me and is always saying I love you baby.

Blessings from Linda & beaky kisses from Geronimo

  • That bird is amazing!

  • @MDthornton83 Thank you so very much!

  • It does sound like he's saying "come here!" or "right here!".

  • @MDthornton83 I think he is saying "Come here right now!" He still calls me to come here and is always saying "I love you baby!" He is my sweet little baby bird. Thanks for your comments!

    Blessings from Linda & Geronimo

  • My god, he's so loud! You can hear his voice echo!

  • @sompret

I thought about editing that screaming part

out, but I decided to let everyone know how

loud cockatoos can be to discourage anyone

from getting a parrot , who may not like all that

    screaming.

  • OMG that reminds me of my u2 birdie. He loved to hear his screams echo off of the neighbor's houses and scare the heck out of them.

It sounds like he's saying redrum bf he says things that are understandable.

  • @2Ryled

I hope you video tape your u2. Please keep sharing Oobie, the adorable,

with us. How many birdsdo you have?

    Your African grey is beautiful.

  • 5 * * * * *

    .

  • Thanks J. Zach! You are so very appreciated. Give cuddles to the adorable Albert and that precious Peaches!

Geronimo sends beakie kisses and winged hugs to you and Gina!

    Blessings from Linda

  • souds like he's saying, "right now" over and over

  • Thanks! Sometimes he says: "Come here right now". Part of the time he repeats "come here", and sometimes "right now". He is imitating me when I have yelled at him to come out of the tree. I would say: "Come here right now!" Sometimes he would not want to come out of the tree, and I would say it over and over. He for sure knows exactly what it means. He also calls me to his cage by saying come here. I am glad when he says "come here" instead of screaming. LOL

    Blessings from LInda

  • amazing volume here .... lol when he screach's

omg you can hear Geronimo ' s echo through the surrounding hill's ........ aaaaahhhhhh !

  • Thank you! Actually there are mountains here in east Tennessee. The video was made on the lower side of a mountain where we live, and we can see another mountain from the front porch. The echo is pretty amazing.

    Blessings from Linda

    Beakie kisses from Geronimo

  • oh how i do love the echo of the tennessean mountains.

geronimo must love so much attention.

  • I have been to almost all the states, and Tennessee is for sure one of the most beautiful. I feel so blessed to live here. It is great that I can get Geronimo outside sometimes in the winter.

    Blessings from Tennessee,

    Linda K

  • wet ear... lmso!

  • This must be why this video is my number 3 most viewed!! lol

Denyce, I hope you are having a happy holiday!!

    Beakie kisses from Geronimo!

    Blessings from Linda

  • In the beggining I was like is he saying wet ear lol.I couldent stop luaghing!

  • I am so glad that Geronimo made you laugh! He is saying come here, but maybe it sounds like wet ear. lol

Beaky kisses and giggles from Geronimo!

  • That was so cute! He wanted his mommy near him! That is so awesome you can take him outside.

Thanks for leaving the comments on my food crazed Willow's page!

  • Thank you for your very nice comment! I love Geronimo, my feathered kid, so much that I just have to go to him when he says "come here". He does love being outside. All animals and humans need their vitamin D because it is so very important.

I hope you do some more videos of Willow's food crazed scenes. Please keep the series going because you have discovered a really creative idea, or Willow has. lol

    Blessings,

    Linda K

    Beaky kisses from Geronimo!

  • Geronimo is calling his flock, and shows sweet appreciation when you do what he says... Your training is almost complete! ;-) 5 stars!

  • @searella59 THANKS so much for your nice comment! You said my training is almost complete. No, Geronimo's training is almost complete! LOL

    Blessings from Linda

  • Aww - that is so sweet! If only I could get my cat to say that to me! :-)

  • Thank you for your creative comment, my favorite kind. I bet your cat shows love in many ways.

  • he said it !!!

    i love you baby !! : O cool

    I love parrots

  • Thanks! Doesn't he just melt your heart?

Winged hugs & beaky kisses from Geronimo!

  • thanks :')

Winged hugs & beaky kisses to your babies from Geronimo!

    Blessings,

    Linda K

  • Ohhh... I love you baby ! Just adorable....it doesn`t get better than this.

  • Thanks! In the morning, he says: "Hello, I love you baby". That means that he wants an almond, and then he wants to get under the cover with me and cuddle for a while. He is my "cuddle baby".

    Blessings,

    Linda K

  • Thanks for sharing with us!!

  • You are so welcome! Geronimo would say: "That good baby!"

    Linda K

  • I still love watching this one. In this video and some of the others, when Geronimo says "I love you baby" or "hi, baby", I can almost detect a regional accent in there as well. That's *really* good for a cockatoo. (Greys and Amazons are well known for speaking in the regional accents of their keepers)

  • Thanks! Geronimo is my Tennessee sweetie pie! You asked me about how Geronimo is doing lately. He is doing great. He loves spending time outside in his special tree, getting trickles of sunshine which is so important to get Vitamin D.

My video camera died, but the photo part works. I am just sick about it, but I have several videos I can post when I get more time.

    Blessings,

    Linda K

  • oh so cute!!!! i love u baby!!!!!

  • Thank you so very much. He is a sweetie pie, but I wish he would not scream!

  • He was going crazy "COME HERE!" And that was sweet when he said "I love you." I heard it's hard to take care of those birds but you're lucky to have one. But I don't think I could handle the constant chirping/sqwaking. ;D

  • Thank you so much! Yes, it is sometimes hard to take care of a cockatoo. It is like having a two year old CHILD for 90 years. The screaming is the worst part. If you know anyone that ever wants to get a cockatoo, encourage them to RESEARCH & RESCUE!

  • I LOVE THIS.

    instant fan, i am.

  • Thank you! This seems to be everyone's favorite. It must be the "heart melting thing"! LOL

  • Ms. Betty is truly blessed.God really put her in your hands.Little buddy went crazy over her.

  • Thanks! Yes Betty is so blessed to be in the home of Kris, Geronimo's bird sitter. Hello to Buddy!

  • lol,soooo cute and funny!

  • Thank you! Geronimo can be so adorable at times, but I wish he would not scream. lol

  • wow! Geronimo is amazing, love him.

  • Thanks for your nice comment. I am redoing the reply because I did not spell a word right. lol

    Blessings,

    Linda

  • Beautiful bird. And a very beautiful home, wow..

  • Thank you so much. It is my brother's home in Tennessee.

  • He is the sweetest bird.

  • Thanks! Yes, he is a heart melter isn't he? Thank you for making this video your favorite, and also the other three. I really do appreciate all your positive comments.

    Hugs from Geronimo!

  • Thank you!

It has always been my dream to visit Tennessy! When I do, I would definately come and see you and Geronimo! I will!

  • You would be so welcome, and Geronimo will help you decide if you really want a cockatoo. I am sure he would melt your heart.

  • Geronimo, please do not do anything special or otherwise I will pack you in my suitcase ^0^!to take you back home wl me!

  • OK, come and get me. I will go to Japan with you. I want to see Chaco. Do you understand what I am saying in this video: "COME HERE! I love you baby"?

    I'm waiting for you,

    Geronimo

  • SUCH A CUTIE!!!!

  • Thank you so much and you are so right!

  • Hi, and wow! That is some scream! But at the same time so sweet to hear the sweatest word of " I love you baby!!!"

Thank you for leaving nice comments on my Chaco!

  • I wanted people to realize just how annoying a cockatoo can be with the screaming. I try really hard to discourage birds as pets unless there has been a great deal of research. Geronimo is screaming out the information that needs to be known by people wanting a bird. Rescuing is the best way to get a bird.

    Hugs to your precious Chaco!

  • Thank you so very much for your reply to my comment! I really was deeply impressed to what you think! I have been wanting to have another one, and always white one is on the top of the list! But I keep telling myself to consider the reality, how hard it could be to own one in this small apartment, but if ever I decide to own one of the cockatoo kind, I would definately adopt one who needs a home to stay!!!!!

    This I promise!!!!!

  • Fantastic! That is so wonderful for you to promise to adopt if you get a cockatoo!

  • Of course! They live long, we live shorter than they do! If EVER one of them is chosen to be one of my family adoption is a super idea! Ooooo, I want to live with a white one! That would be so .... party everyday! although my Chaco is so super too!

  • Yes, having a cockatoo makes everyday activities more fun like a party. I took Geronimo to the grocery store today, and he socialized with children outside. I had to briefly leave him in the car because food places do not allow birds inside.

  • It would have been awesome to win the lottery, Then I would have set up a sanctuary here. Still it warms me that your sweet boy has a loving home with you.

  • Thanks again! That's a nice thought to open a sanctuary. You could possibly do that with donations. We do need to spread the word about RESCUING and not buying from breeders and pet stores until all displaced birds have loving homes. There are many wonderful birds and other pets that need to be adopted.

    Blessings,

    Linda K

  • ghs is OSME bird! "I love you baby" ha ha ha! simply precious! and he loks VERY happy in that Japanese Maple tree as well. thanks for comment on my video and thanks for posting this video of Geronimos, Fellow Traveller oh yeah, FIVE stars and a favorite too!

  • Thank you so much for the comment, 5 stars, and making this your favorite.

  • Thank you for your comment on my Dolphin video :)

Plus WHAT A VIEW its beautiful just like your birds :)

  • You are so welcome. We live in east Tennessee, and it is very beautiful.

  • What was he scared of?

You can hear it in his voice, he feels alot better when you are near him.

  • I didn't think he was scared. I thought he just wanted attention and cuddles. He would probably let me pet him for several hours every day.

  • In that case, if you will pay my airfare, lodgings and any other expenses I may incur, I will be more than happy to play with, and give Geronimo cuddles all day every day.

  • When I win the lottery, I will let you know. LOL

Geronimo will take all the cuddles he can get.

  • Hurry up and win! I just lost out on the $110 Million lottery this week.

  • Bless your unlucky heart! Better luck next time! LOL

  • Sorry if I comment each week on the vid, but he is just SO SWEET!!

  • Thank you so much! You can comment as often as you like. Your comments are appreciated.

  • Five stars for Geronimo! He is such a character!

  • Thank you for your 5 stars, and yes he is definitely a character!

  • Great Acuostics! Your cockatoo screaming made my Ducorps cockatoo start to scream as well! Great video!

  • Thanks! Your Hana is a hoot to watch and also your African grey.

  • it is so Q!!

  • Thanks for your comment!

  • I LOVE YOU BABY!!! He melts my heart.

I can't believe how his voiced was echoing when he yelled. That was amazing. What a wonderful place to live!

I noticed that he kept turning his head to get a better view of the sky. Was he yelling for a local bird to come here? LOL

  • Geronimo melts my heart on a regular basis, like daily.

He kept turning his head up because I think he is checking for hawks. I have to really protect him when he is outside.

Yes, Tennessee is a wonderful place to live. I hadn't noticed the echoing in this video, but I have noticed it just being outside. We live partially up the side of a mountain.

    Thanks for your lovely comment.

  • lol! Just had to get that out of his system I guess

  • Thanks for your comment. Yes, he definitely got that screaming out of his system. I love his calmness at the end saying " I love you".

  • Love the 2 meows at the beginning!

  • Thanks, Occasionally, Geronimo meows when he wants something, and in this situation he wants me to come here. I think he learned that from our cat.

  • Gee, he sounded like Sydney there.

Sun Bear says that as well, Right now......

What a lovely video....... And I love you baby, that sounded just like Kirby Do.....

    He is BEAUTIFUL

  • Thanks for the 5 stars and comment! It is amazing how a cockatoo sounds so similar to others.

  • I've noticed african greys really have the same voice tone. They do vary and can copy other voices, but their basic vocie (I call it) sound the same....

  • Amazingly true! It is also amazing that all humans sound different.
