The feds have no authority in imigration since they have no land to imigrate into. The states have the authority of import and immigration, and only when ALL the states have agreed on a set of rules and ratified the constitution does a federal law supercede a state law, but then again the state agreed to the law so it would stand to reason that the state would have already adopted the same law on a state level.

1. They say that all the immigrants should come Legally, but they never mention that most of the undocumented immigrants were once legal, but lost their status because of our broken immigration system!

2. Most of the undocumented immigrants are not criminals. There are some of them who commit crimes, but we already have laws in place for that!

There are many jobs that were traditionally starter jobs for our youth that have been stolen by illegals. I have also done janitorial work, maid work and babysitting all for minimum wage and I know plenty of others who can say the same. We also have plenty of DOCUMENTED workers and citizens with minimum education in our country to do these jobs.

The prices of goods,taxes, and profits have adjusted to the lower wage, therefore making it impossible to pay someone the 15 bucks to wash the dishes.
