I love that idea. You know, I once made my own rollerblade boots. And so I photocopied my foot (sole). Then I cut out that image. I used it as a pattern to cut out the stiff section for the bottom. Then I built the boot with fiberglass and epoxy. And of course the bottom had to be stiff so that I could mount the blades on the bottom.
