  • i couldn't hold my breath that long just sitting here watching the video. getting old sucks. good job man.

  • Practice it without touching the wall, you may not be allowed to at indoc

  • Great job man. Watch Underwater swim..the one by stew50smith

  • Good job...I can do 90...conditioning!

  • If you are allowed, try to do a dolphin kick while holding your stream-line off the wall. It will allow you to glide longer. Take nice big strong strokes, and make sure you utilize the glide in your stroke. Be sure to keep your hands slightly cupped and fingers together.-- I'm a Red Cross Swim instructor.

Other than than, it looks as if you can do it and then some, good stuff man.

I am in ROTC, and thinking of trying for CRO.

  • @RebelRider2010 he did bro, the small dolphin kick after he left the wall, typical trick before to do the breast-stroke underwater.. I used that always in any competition, fortunately I've never been caught by the marshals and mark me a DQ hehehehehe

  • Great stuff man. Now, what I would say is make longer strokes and use your pulls glide longer it will conserve your oxygen levels. Otherwise, great job man.

  • to save time on the turn do a butterfly type turn under water instead of stopping touching the wall and pushing off youll save a lot of time
