Eh. The cling stuff is cheezey (sorry my opinion) I like how they have moved toward that enemy kills are randomly generated attacks such as the seigebreaker noticing that that poor barbarian could've died from one of his normal attacks like in Diablo 2 but instead he decided to bite off the Baba's head; hopefully they will move towards stuff "like" your cling points etc. I gotta hand it to you, cling is creative and that's what blizzard needs creative thoughts.

diablo 2 didnt have that much flexibility i mean every elite character had basiclly the same ass boring equipment and skills... and btw skill synergies just fucked up the game (mind the swearing) ... i like your god of war idea you mentioned .. but they sord of did implement that liike for example the siegebreaker boss they showed in the gameplay trailer.. it did a few things instead of just simply attacking it bit of the head of the barbarian and killed him.. what your saying is almost there

Rune Master - range class

Mountain king - blades & swords,

Only five classes because they are setting themselves up for a diablo 3 expansion. Chances are they ALREADY know which classes they are going to add in a diablo 3 expansion but by leaving them out it makes us want to buy an expansion giving blizzard more money. Also even though D2 had a lot of skills. There was only a small handful anybody ever used anyways so thats no big deal there as well.

Dude, the secret level screenshot is fake! :D And i don't think they are going to make skills auto-assign, because making different character builds was very popular in D2. You have great ideas, D3 should be more like god of war, something like that. And the female characters seem to be great, they all have some quality voice acting! It will be a great game!

I think they are planning on releasing D3 in late 2009. I assume they are just trying to get all of the content done and getting the marketing ready, but don't want to say when its coming out yet incase anything happens or they need to redo some of the gameplay mechanics for some unforseen reason.
