There are two times where this song appear in Chobits. The first time is the "in-game" scene. The second one is the "pep-show" scene (mainly showed here). However, I think the music here (and talking) is from the "in-game" scene. Maybe I'm wrong.

BTW, Chobits soundtrack has a huge number of songs/themes (more than thirty not counting different variations, 2 whole CDs). Practically all of them are very nice and all of them convey very well the spirit of the series.
