I don't understand the obsession with Boba Fett, he's an insignificant character who does nothing but get killed in a lame, comical fashion by a blind Han Solo.

@H7C--@H7C--For that underserving death ..blame George Lucas ..his creator. But in Empire; Fett says little with Sub Zero attitude. It's Just business. More of that should remain in his character; Fett also escapes that Sarlacc pit in a series of Star Wars Bounty Hunter novels. Continuing work.

@INFLEXIBLY Fett should never have gotten involved when Han and Luke started tearing shit up. It's not like he was being paid to fight them. BTW, the novels are little more than fan fiction that contradict what Lucas did in his movies. According to the novels, Stormtroopers were people who enlisted in the army, Attack of the clones put that error to death. Also, Lucas said in an interview that as far as he was concerned, Fett died in the Sarlacc pit.

And so much the better pick, Jango Fett. My best or worst assumption ..Lucas is the executive over seer. Also if sometimes he mentions things in interviews like That. He's loosing creative forces of his own saga, when Fett dies ..but Jar Jar Binks sticks around

@INFLEXIBLY Actually, after the clone wars the cloning Facility on Kamino was destroyed, hence the imperial academies having to also enlist troopers. Also since Boba Fett was a clone of Jango Fett, yet made to age normally, they are both the same except memories and such. Also @Brittonsp George Lucas and a group of writers worked together to create the expanded universe in the books, and i know of the interview you mean, he simply stated that because he did not want to ruin the surprise.

Maybe it's not Jason Wingreen's voice, but it's very good for Fett. Temuerra Morrison should not dubbing Boba. I have Empire Strikes Back on DVD. Its was favourite part of Star Wars, but since 2004 and new edition this movie sucks. One little change in dubbing destroyed everything.

@INFLEXIBLY The morals of any GOOD bounty hunter in SW... You do the job you were paid to do, nothing else. You always obey the contract, or return the money if you fail unless specified otherwise. You are loyal to your current employer until the job is done, even if someone else tries to pay you more to switch sides. As little collateral damage as possible. etc :D
