Ron Ron is a monster out there. He is a great player but had to sacrifice pretty much all of his offensive skills to play with the Lakers. He did get a ring out of it, but it's a shame because I loved what he brought to the court when he was an integral part of an offense.

this was a great series. Odom couldn't guard Scola, Yao outplayed Gasol and fisher couldn't keep up with brooks. The series was physical, its a shame that these two teams can't play again with that roster.

i admit that the rockets scare me as a laker fan. They almost won this series. But the one thing I see that's a crack in the rocket's armour is Yao. He is a big man and big men like him have trouble staying healthy in the playoffs. I wonder if they keep tmac also. This'll be an interesting year for Houston in 2010.

im a rockets fan and im really scared of wats gonna happen with yao, tmac, and artest cause yao might miss all next season or even end his career becasue of his foot injury. tmac is gonna miss about the first half of the season because of the microfracture surgery. and artest might not sign if he thinks the rockets are contenders to win the championship. omg this really sucks just when the rockets had a really good chance to win the nba championship for 2010

the lakers are the best team in the league... its not that the lakers played crappy its that the rockets have emerged to be the second and soon to be best team in the leaggue when yao and tmac comes back, think about it the lakers cruised past utah in 5 denver in 6 and orlando in 5 but struggled greatly agaisnt teh rockets. with brooks emerging to be a top 5 point the rockets are going to be 1 or 2 in the west next year, a on account of their injuries

Thats funny, I was born in Los Angeles and hate the lakers but love the Rockets. Lamar Odom got done up by Luis Scola all the series. He couldnt guard him not one bit, just like Fisher got his butt handed to him by Brooks. A healthy Rockets team and it wouldnt have been close. T-Mac is the Rockets best play maker and scorer and he didnt play a game and they still took the Lakers to seven games. This series shouldnt have gone to seven but the Lakers had a hard time with the rockets u hate.

The real big three is coming in Artest, T-Mac, Yao! We beat the lakers TWICE without T-Mac and Yao and took them to 7 gms..Picture them when everyone healthy..Who can stop us?
