  • Focus on form if you are aiming to look good. Go moderate weight but full Range and just focus on the burn

  • wow man loose the ego u're way to thin to lift that much weight i was shocked when i first seen you holding 100s but i dont think u could get 80s for more than 5 reps with full ROM , i bet we weight the same but im much more built for that weight u're still to thin...

  • @muzimuzi I do 15 reps easy with 80lbs, I'm doing 6 reps with 110lbs already. I'm taking a lot of Kre-Alkalyn PRO, Arginine AKG, L-Glutamine, Glocosamine Chondroitin for joints and of course protein (Isopure), eating 5 to 6 times a day. I have a great strength but not big muscle mass, yet!

  • @marcogobbo777 lol dude i've seen ur 70 vid it was horrible there is no way u can do 80 pound for 15 reps, i want to see a vid with full clean reps without a spotter asisting u with 70x5 even then i'll belive u're really improving that much, as for the supplements sounds like a whole factory u got there but if it helps its good

  • @marcogobbo777 and btw great stregtth is deadlift+bench+squat not how much u can do with DB incline (thats coming from a guy who does 105x12 on incline with DBS) but i know im not really strong untill i load the bar with plates on squat and deadlifts

  • @muzimuzi Thin has nothing to do with it, I know a guy that I work with (Military) who is about 130 pounds in water filled boots, and he can bench 275 on the bar .... Minimal Spot required. I used to be fixated on being "muscular, Huge" but All i care about is strength. Whatever happens to my muscles for size and appearance can happen.

  • @robbieGouthro well yea but i could tell from the first second this guy wouldnt lift them properly. i know bout lifting big to size. i weight 155-160 and i benched 275x8 reps at best and 300 couple of times but im only 5'8 so im not as slim as this guy i just dont weight much but i have size and muscle mass unlike this guy, i also do it with form!
