Haha wow! Nobody I know lives near downtown so we didn't have that problem :)

hills cause it, at the low points where all te water gathers has nowhere to go'
thus flood :)

st.albert is such a weird place to flood cause it has like alot of hills i longboard down all the time and places with hills usually dont flood
