  • Remember people it's also important to watch what you eat and make you're meals smaller and have healthy snacks in between so you don't feel like your starving when eating better. Exercise is very important but also watch what you eat. Congrats on making a real effort to loose weight and getting healthy. I lost 30 lbs in 3 months by changing my eating habits and doing at home workouts.

  • @PrufsFavourite You shouldn't put her down at least she's trying to make a real effort in being healthier. How do you know if she's trying to eat healthier or if she's not? Weight loss usually isn't a fast process.

  • @hotgoddess1230 To try or to do something... big diference :) If she wana make something usefull, she wont make clown vids like this in the future, but go out (i said OUT) and walk a lot. After shes fat like hell she shouldnt run or else. Shes the person who has 188 BPM after 400 m run (if she can make it at all), im sure. So better walk and make a normal diet from step to step start with 3-500 kcal reduce on her BMR. And walk a lot... what shes doing now is totaly fail. Thats all.

  • Tonya as a female you can really just diet and ignore weight training. Not being sexist or anything but you'd burn more calories in the long run. You could do weight training and cardio afterwards if you'd still like to lift weights.

  • @Reluctanttreehugger not true at though. the reason most women retreat from their weight loss plans is because they restrict their diets too much in order to lose weight. its all about calories taken in vs calories burned and if you burn extra with exercise you lose weight faster and boost metabolism. wouldn't you rather still eat a descent amount of food while still losing weight?

  • find a hormone free whey protien shake mix and add a free range chicken egg and non pasturized milk to the mix and have that for breakfast. Maybe another for lunch and then have a home cooked meal for supper. Excercise is good, but you have to lose the carbs.

  • This is not 1000 calories. One hour running takes 900 calories. That's about the same as a big mac + fries + coke. So just eat better and you don't need to workout so much and you'll be healthier.

  • @santospb Everyone metabolizes calories differently. Tonya may very well have burned that many calories. Diet is a part of losing weight but not everyone can just change their eating habits to lose weight. Some of us were born with crappy genes and MUST exercise in addition to changing our diet. Others maybe don't WANT to change their eating habits so they step it up a bit with the exercise to compensate. There is no "one size fits all" method of weight loss.

    i have karate in the morning and i have to do like 100 jumping jacks 50 situps and 25 pushups

    plus kicks that make me want to cry after doing the same kick for 5 minutes straight

    oh and waving a big stick around..... yea...... I CAN HIT PEOPLE

    and cause MILD PAIN :)

  • @YourLifeSizeBarbie The amt of calorie burned is altered by HOW man you have to burn, How intensely you do the workout & How your your body handles calorie burning according to your level of fitness.

    1) a 500 lb person doing this workout will burn MORE cals than a 100 lb persn

    2) If you do it with Vigor you'll burn more

    3) The more in-shape you are the less you burn.

    According to my polar watch I burned 1000. A more in-shape girl w/a bodybug burned 500

  • Really great workout! It was just what I needed because all I had was 2.5 and 5 pound weights at home but that's enough weight for this workout! It really works your body out better than the usual weight lifting patterns that I've seen/done :)
