  • yes it's very good

    amazing

  • Extra ordinaire! When she sings a song something magical is happening. One of the greatest artists in the world without doubt!

  • Great song, great art!

  • I was introduced to this at a concert in Rouen in 1983.

WE were near the back of the crowd, but the wave of silence that flowed over the audience was palpable.

    The growing intensity was breath-taking.

It took me a few weeks to realise that she'd reworked a Dylan song. Reworked it to great effect, as well. If nothing else every word she sings is clear - something Dylan couldn't manage in 1960 and hasn't improved since.

    Live, this is stunning!

  • pourvue que l on n en arrive jamais la bien que ...... en tout cas bravo nana de nous ouvrir les yeux paix et amour a tous je vous aimes ponyta06

  • Saw her sing this in Adelaide last year. It sent shivers down my spine then, as this version does now. Thank you!

  • I love this song since my childhood... thank you so much for this gift...

  • There is a live version on Tout Simplement Nana vol 1. It's sung before a responsive audience, and lasts over nine minutes. Just one more astounding performance by Nana.

  • Could you tell me where you got this particular recording of Le Ciel est Noir. The only one I've been able to find is on Mouskouri's 32-CD set, but I think this

    particular recording is better.

  • It comes from a french collection called "Le 50 plus belles chansons de Nana Mouskouri" it is a studio version recorded in 2005 or 2007...

  • I have 3-4 versions of this including her studio version released about a year ago; but the best one is a 9 minute live performance on a French CD. I don't recall the Title but It's song #17 on that particular CD. This is my favorite song with Les Anges des Mexique #2. Favorite English song is The Power of Love.

  • The CD title is "TOUT SIMPLEMENT" & lasts about nine minutes.

  • I love this song!!!!!!!!
