Enjoying life IS incredibly easy if we simple allow that joy in and get back to basics- that's what it's all about- It's easy- Eat fruits & veggies, hang out in nature playing kick ass games that are found in nature and after that, if you still don't realize how good you've got it, give yourself permission to give yourself a giant hoof in the butt. ;)
