Him, Peyton Hillis, and early Brandon Jacobs are my favorite halfbacks. Funny thing is they've all got great fullbacks. Ovie Mughelli for the Falcons, Lawrence Vickers for the Browns, and Madison Hedgecock for the Giants.

With these guys brutal and aggressive style of running, these guys are gonna wear down quick (Brandon Jacobs already is). It's unfortunate, really.

He got tackled behind the line on first contact more than i can count. I'm not hating on my man Turner, but he's not going to last long. He's chubby with short strides, the Falcons are going to look for his successor in the draft. We need a change at RB, someone with homerun explosive speed.

Who cares if he's chubby, there are Speed Backs, Elusive Backs, Power Backs and Combination Backs.. Michael Turner is a combination between Power and Speed, obviously he's not that Elusive because he's 250lbs!!! Yet in still if he has a block he can get around defenders or he there is no block he can Power through them.

@assain280 No... it was ONE game... atleast Matt Ryan lead us to two winning seasons, plus we went SO close to undefeated it's not funny we where almost the top seed of the playoffs, it wasn't as much that we screwed up in the game against the Packers as much as the Packers are just a dominate team, they played so well we where obviously intimidated, but next year after some coaching if we make it back to the playoffs we'll have a far better chance at the Super Bowl.

If you think about it, he really didn't play this season. He was slow at the beginning of the season and once he got going he was injured, fans and the team missed him. Cant wait until next year when we get him, Peria Jerry, Harry Douglas, and William Moore back we will be better off than this season.

If Barber was to get 300+ carries a season, he would have far more yards than 1k. I'm a Falcons fan, but you need to see that Turner had 350+ carries each year he was fairly healthy. Barber is a way more bruiser than Turner is. Barber is also used as a receiving option. So overall, Barber tops Turner sadly.
