not bad. got the basics down to an extent. I see this was made 2 years ago hope your skills have improved because you def have a chance to make something of this.
Hey, if you still do parkour we should run around downtown Fort Myers sometime. I'll be down there every now and again but I run up in Orlando with Zoic Nation and don't know any traceurs in Fort Myers other than a few friends of mine that go to FGCU and some up in North Port. Lemme know if you're interested.
Very nice, looking to be a powerful traceur. That being said, i noticed that you use a two foot take off from your kongs. You want the kong to keep the momentum going, and by using one foot you can keep the speed going and spread your body farther on the dive, leading to a longer, faster kong. Just my two cents, take it or leave it
cool you ppl are from ft.myers i might move around north port thts like mybe 30minutes away lets see if we train some day i would love to check out my vid
You're pretty good man. Hard to believe that you've only been training for three months. Its cool to see someone else in the Ft. Myers area doing Parkour. Me and my friend nick just uploaded a video. You should check it out. Were not quite as good as you though. 5 stars btw.
I do (well did) parkour and I wasn't that bad to be honest, but never really did high jumps/drops, and recently I did a drop and I've broke both bones in my leg (tibia and fibia), torn some ligaments and might have a rod through my leg. I'm looking to start parkour again in about a year when everything is fully recovered, and I'm wondering what you do to build up strength in your legs/learn to roll?
not yet, they arrested some buddies of mine. i try to go during odd hours and days. sunday nights are always quiet for instance. and i make sure never to go into a construction site, thats a no no
hey im moving down to fory myers in 2 months anyone do parkour?? message me
