We knocked on every door and told the people inside each house "come down a few doors to our store, we will give you a free pizza per person and give you as much hot water as you need. We can also make you a cup of coffee or tea, all free of charge." Cutest thing I ever saw.

First of all, you ordered a brooklyn with extra large pepperoni and extra cheese, Brooklyns are greasy as is because of the crust being made from dough two sizes smaller than normal. Also, the extra large pepperoni doesn't help your situation. Before you go posting a video about how greasy the pizza is, tell everyone what kind of pizza you ordered.....

The Brooklyn xl is actually made from a smaller dough patty, therefore the dough is much thinner after forming and stretching. The thinner the dough, the greasier the pizza.

How much grease ends up on the final pizza depends on how good the cheese is, if the cheese is fresh then there will be little grease, if the cheese is old as hell and probably from like a month ago of somethin, then u will have a shitload of grease, so that must have been some pretty old cheese :S

we dont use that much oil on the dough pans in my store. we have standards for our food. if its too greasy or over proofed our out of date, out it goes, no questions asked

I'm not sure if this type of pizza was supposed to be made this way or if the people were careless, but nonetheless, if the manager would have seen that it'd have been remade.
