In many ways the Misfits songs just appeared evil especially to children. Though when you REALLY looked into it in many ways they were just as "moral" as Jems songs. HECK Jem actually sings a song with the same message as this except while the Misfits are saying "if people are hurt by your talent don't worry" and Jem means "Do everything including felonies to get what you want"...

678BUMPERLOVER, Clash doesn't enter the Jem series until the 'starbright episodes' and Jetta doesn't appear until well in to the series, during the 'the talenr search' episodes. This song is from the very 1st Jem episode before those characters were introduced :)
