have you guys ever run down 30 flights of stairs, like running as fast as you possibly can and not stopping??? when i was in DC last month, about 10 of us(it was like 9 adults and 40 kids as a huge group, so it was like 10 kids including me)took and elevator before our bus left. and 2 of us decided to take the stairs, so we ran down them, 30 flights of stairs, and each flight had like 30 steps. by the time i got to the bottom, my legs were shaking!!!
