apple is suing everyone for "copying" their "patented ideas" when they weren't even the first ones to thought of implimenting touch screen into phones
Apple infringes on some of Palm's patents, however Palm isn't going to sue Apple over it. Is Apple suing over the the principle idea of it or over losing money?
I here you I with the Patent office would do us all a favor and stop approving unenforceable pattens like this.
What do you think about the fact that Apple patented the "an advertising based OS/Software" I mean is that really any more enforceable than saying if you want to use a touch screen you infringe on our patent?
This is Pathetic.. because it's more like Ford suing Mercedes for having a wheels on their cars! I mean come on, we want varieties out there. We don't wanna stick with apple only. Come to think of it, apple did not first create a smartphone. It did not create touch screen nor having a web browser and a music player on their devices, and many many more. I'm a huge apple fan but, i'm really disappointed about this whole thing. Beside, I don't even think they gonna go anywhere with this!

SO. Nokia sues apple for 10 patents and no one say NOTHING about nokia. Im tired of these so called apple fans turning there back. I hope ThisiThis has not turned into another mac poser. you use a mac why you harping on apple? Why not make a video bashing nokia for suing? You denying MS copied ther desktop? court ruling or not, THEY COPIED and apple aint gonna be ripped again. Last time MS ripped the windows idea and look what happened
it doesn't matter the suing has had no effect on the iphone. Besides I like Apple attacking back at Nokia but i really don't care about the nokia-apple because it doesn't effect the product SO WHO CARES!. And if any of these patents come through it could effect my HTC phone and I really hope my phone stays the same way it is
Youre not seeing the point, if everyone copies apple then we all loose. Instead of people coping apple how about instead they make a better product than what apple is delivering? Tech can not move forward if everyone just copies each other.

Companies coping each other makes tech better ... look at the web browsers ... imagine only Opera had tabs, and IE only having private mode, or Chrome to only have the personal bar? I never said that Apple had desktop dominance or was leading gaming. I was referring to Apple becoming a patent troll and FUD spreader just like Microsoft has been doing for the last 10 years.
But what you didn't know was that Apple had tried this before and failed. And it was over Microsoft copying there Desktop. Or that's what Apple said. The courts threw out the case.
Apple the next Microsoft? LMAO! Yeah right, that's like saying cable access is going to become a local television channel. Oh, and you know, there's this one company out there who sued Sony over rumble because of the patent this company has on it? Microsoft and Nintendo both had to pay into this patent for the rumble feature in there controllers, Sony later also paid for the patent to rumble.
