@sygo7g You're right it is Steve as Mr. Pettin. He also played the driver of the cookie truck and a radio voice. There are a handful of other uncredidted voice actors playing important roles in this too.

THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing this. The LAST TIME I saw this movie was way back in 1990 when I was in 3rd grade. For many years, I never thought I'd see this movie ever again. But thanks to you, I was able to watch it once again.......21 years later!

Kramer was Ethan, the kid who tried to wrench Manxmouse from Wendy and got bitten. He probably did other characters as well. Chances are they all performed more than one. I'll get back to you if I find out more.

This actually started out as a children's novel in 1968. Then in 1979 the Japanese animation studio , Nippon Animation made a feature length film out of it. The anime was titled Tondemo Nezumi Daikatsuyaku: Manxmouse (Manxmouse's Great Activity). It was dubbed into an English version in the 1980's and aired on Nickelodeon , and released on video by Celebrity Home Entertainment. I remember seeing this on Nickelodeon in 1989 to around 1990 or so and loved it. The tape I recorded it on was crappy.
