Wagons is what America needs, think about it. You have the all the people who buy these "crossovers" which are small SUV's/raised wagons when they could get a lower more sporty better handling car with the same storage depending on what model. And for the same price, are people blind? Look in Europe with the wagons there, not to mention a diesel option in 80% of cars there.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE WAGONS? If they were marketed here like the "crossovers" people would run and buy them like water.

Well ... to each his own I guess. Volvos will always be kinda boring & doll geographie teachers cars for me. But I agree with you on the 5 series. I never liked the old one, neither the sedan nor the stationwagon. But I really like this new one.

How can you compare a Volvos interior to that of a BMW? The interior in BMWs is a whole lot more luxorious and Volvos interiors are, if you ask me, boring and dull. Volvos are geographie teachers cars.

I think Merc and Audi still leads the way on loading compacity as there rear seats folds fully flat with the beemer, at least is alot better looking car then before and they will do a M5 Touring propably between 6-12months afther the M5 Saloon goes on sale

Oops my bad man, I didn't get what you were saying. I highly doubt they would go that way ( M5 estate ) although it's not a bad idea in iteself, heck, Audi does it pretty well with it's RS6 wagon !!!

@mrjost55 I think they make an M5 Estate for Europe, but in the US, never. I don't think they are even releasing a Touring model for the US this time at all. That.s why they have the 550GT for. The Touring's replacement. Reasonable thinking considering no one in the US buys the touring anyway.

@fordgtjr I use to have a 3 series touring, and now have an Audi A6 avant. The 5 would be a nice replacement to the Audi, but once again, the US is not interested leaving those who buy them stranded.
