@amechan4422 Hatsune Miku is a Vocaloid, or a computer program. She originaly was just that but it seems the population of vocaloid fans have given her a persona. She is indeed not a live singer, but might as well be. She even has concerts, mostly in japan, but with the help of toyota she performed here in july.
