  • An Asian lady taught me how to make the green tea and u should not boil ur green tea,coz it will loose its benefits, the right way is to boil water than pour it on the green tea and let it brew for 2-3 minutes.adding lemon increase the antioxidants in the tea.So u shouldn't add sugar or boil ur green tea if u wanna benefit from it, if u r just drinking it for taste u can obviously add what ever u want.

  • hey there...i'm ur new subscriber...I like ur videos...n i'm also on the process of loosing my baby weight.. ques. for u...do u drink this tea after all the meal or only in the night...n does it really help to loose ur weight???

  • @rockfordmrt Congrats on the new baby! Yes, green tea aids in weight loss (along with a whole list of other benefits) especially in the mid section. I usually only drink it after dinner but if you can do it after each meal that would be great!! There is no harm is drinking more. I'm going to do another weight loss series this week so stayed tuned for that! We can title it "those devilish last 10 lbs!!" LOL

  • i got it at my local indian store....i was soo happy when i saw it there

  • I love green tea as well...in the Summertime I make some (very concentrated) and put in the fridge, I have a large cup with a straw (bpa free of course) and I fill about 1/2 cup of the organic green tea concentrate and add water, organic lemon, organic mint and some stevia...along with tons of ice...and I drink it most of the day. Have you tried Teavana organic teas? I LOVE LOVE LOVE Teavana, I have about 30 different loose teas in my pantry right now LOL :)
