This film... is just one of the best on his genere... That final, is just incredible. I don't cry cause i have an cold hart xD but it is the first movie that was near to make me cry. That final scene... is just incredible... Robert Williams, one of the best actors, only he was able to make that kind of movies (just see "Bicentennial Man").

Robin Williams is an amazing actor, to convey such childlike naivety. Also, to switch so effortlessly from being hilariously comical to drawing from his audience such raw emotion all in one sitting. Amazing director as well and the whole cast was really excellent.

this was on tv the other day and i literally just strted watching half way through "because" and it turned out to be a great film much sadder than i thoguht it would be! and i dont get why so many reviews say what a terrible film it is?! i think its a great family typical 90's film!

I remember first watching this when I was much younger and seeing the ending when Jack graduates with the rest of his friends, I remember thinking how far that would be in the future and I just graduated last Saturday, and that scene replayed in my head. I can't believe I've passed it already. How time flies! =)

The baby at the beginning of this movie is a cousin of mine. He's almost 14 now and he lives in Cali. A couple of years ago when he came to Minnnesota to see us he bragged about how great California was and that it was the most populated state. Wow, that sounds like a spectacular place to live if you like overcrowded places.
