  • fucking cool!! haha and cheesey shot at the end :P lol

  • Yah I know. That was like almost two years ago. That guy's dead.

  • your face is a idiot

  • MAGNIFICENT rig!

I cant seem to find proximity controllers like that one to save my life. Help a brotha out?

  • Cool demonstration, thanks for posting this. Nice collection of gear!

  • ya nice,

  • ehehu cool =)

  • Nice studio,classy synths!,thanks

  • very nice and all, but can you play a tune?

what's the purpose of all this, just funny noices?

  • man, ur studio is awesome, but ur a poser @.@

  • Yup, that's the point. Posing to synth geeks is like calculus to supermodels.

  • dude, I have no clue what that means. However, as a synth geek, I dub you a "non-poser."

  • So much stuff... So retro sounding. My god, I could spend my entire life in that room.

  • Really dig the theramin action.... not sure why every body is so jealous...

What an incredibly awesome display of raw discreet power. I was hoping to see that ARP jump into action....I think it felt a little left out, yeah?

  • great stuff,lots of wires and gagets,some interesting sounds,cool!

  • Really crazy devices. Very cool demonstration

  • interesting.... not sure about the last bit...

  • You must have the nicest Bank Manager in the World... That's some SERIOUSLY cool kit you have their. Not jealous at all... much! :-)

  • looks tacky.

  • what are you rich??

  • You just have too much gear Rewire..... Cool video though...

  • what a set up....most impressive!

  • You're the new phantom of the opera!

  • Without asking a million questions, this one would help me understand more. I have just stumbled on these videos today, are all the pieces you showed made specifically for what you are using them for?

  • The Korg Pad, Sequencer and Ribbon Controller will work with any Midi Keyboard/Module but the Theremin is really Modular specific.

  • and a cocky smile at the end - , well I guess i would be too if I owned that little lot. Well done, a nice vid.

  • Actually, I've never been able to keep a straight face when a camera's on me. I'm holding back a big smile that's coming out the side of my mouth. Guess the real arrogance is keeping it in the video.

  • that's just awesome. really cool!

  • Looks like an expensive hobbie. Or is this your profession?

  • Holy crap, man! That was amazing! Sweet gear! What kind of sequencer was that? I want one!

  • Doepfer MAQ3/16. Can control Midi gear as well as CV synths. The three lines of 16 knobs can be set independently for any function from notes to CC#'s, velocity, etc, and go in all directions or speeds.

  • Can you use it by itself or does it have to be part of a modular system to function at all?

  • The sequencer will work with any piece of Midi Gear. I can use all three lines to say, play pitches, velocities and Filter positions. Not necessary to have any Modular gear at all.

  • hm. I guess I should've picked that over the mobius. oh well.

  • How do you control your VCS3 ? Any mid/cv/gate mods ?

  • Synthi can be controlled by CV applied at the Jones socket at the back or through an audio input and patched on the matrix to OSC control. Same for the gate. I have a Kenton pro-solo II and a special cable made by Kenton from the Socket to three 1/8 cables. I made a full demo of the synthi controlled and clocked by midi here: http://REwire.12inch.com/Audio/Demos/REwire_-_Synthi_VCS3_Demo.mp3

  • Fun stuff...

  • Thanks for the padcontrol demo... the rest of it's great as well.

  • Good heavens! You've got a fortune there! I'm dumbfounded. Great!

  • Thanks! Liked your .Com video too. Very musical (as opposed to mine)

  • love the EMS synthi ! more + more !

  • that sequencer is off the hook.

  • awesome.....

but that last face shot was so....tool-ish....haha
