The Homeless guy's name is Richard and he get a SSI check but chooses to spend it on crack. He needs a treatment program but it would do little good because he just wants to smoke crack! I wonder what made the other guy so angry? It wasn't really right for him to chase the guy down unless he did something to to the man. The Police know Richard, but cannot do much unless they catch him stealing. He gives other Homeless persons a bad name,as we all seem to think of them as drug addicts.

I met a lot of homeless people and some of them would run their mouth off and insult people. I have heard racist slurs from them. I don't believe anything this homeless person have said about just making a comment of how big he is, because Most of the homeless people are Liars. Nobody gets that wild up with just that comment. The problem is this video doesn't show exactly what the homeless guy did (if anything). I've had aggressive panhandlers follow me around yelling at me or acting threatening just because I didn't give them money. If that was the type of situation here, then I say he deserved a bit of a thrashing.

part of living in areas that have high infestations of bums is being able to ignore the stupid shit that comes out of their parasitic mouths when you walk by them. so the bigger guy is just wasting his time and risking getting into more trouble or maybe even a second fight with the sanctimonious DB who was filming this and pretending that the bum was some sort of victimized saint.
he was right about one thing though: just keep walking (unless they block your path, which could mean a mugging).
