LF Carole was the worst passive-aggressive bully BB has ever seen. Her pattern became depressingly familiar: nasty barbed comments, then tears, then she'd refuse to speak to the person, isolate them and make them feel like shit- mostly the young girls, but Gerry too: Shabnam, Laura, Nicky, Chanelle, Amy, even making the twins cry at the end. Hardly any of her behaviour was shown in the HLs.
