i don't think it's always that bad... in the 60s and 70s a lot of bands were changin' their members very often...and sometimes it works... and whatever... those Pipettes are just half a band... they are more an invention of a producer-songwriter than a proper band... this is the reason why they can change their members often...and still have a logic and a form of identity beyond just faces and voices...

but i recongnize it's really special...as sugababes

I love the lyrics but there's no redeeming charm; there's nothing electric about the music. I love the style of the video but again, there is just something lacking and it's not just because it isn't the original Pipettes.

I adored the band and played the album non stop when it came out. This bears no relation to the Pipettes as i knew them. This bland europop is just trashing the legacy of the original band.

Oh my goodness, I used to LOVE the Pipettes, though I knew that this love wouldn't last very long and it came just the way I predicted it. Just instead of 70s Philly sound along with afro hairdos, platforms and insect sunglasses they are playing now trivial Euro dance stuff.

One or two final 7" releases in 2006/07 and it would have been perfect. Still cannot understand, why they didn't dissolve the Pipettes at the peak instead of touring and touring, while changing the line-up like underwear.
