Thanks a lot, no really THANKS lol just kidding. I'll be nervous, but I've flown an F16 this size and weight, with a less powerful ducted fan nitro engine, so with lots of power behind it, this should be not too bad.

Hey Horizonflyer, thanks a lot, ya I know you meant sick in a good way lol I'm not that old! j/k The Princeton Jet Rally is up here in Canada, Princeton BC. it's about a 3 hour drive from where I live. We take-off and land at the airport there, small town lets us use the airstrip for our jets!

Thanks a lot, all in, shipping etc, was around $4000 US, built already for me/turnkey, and real maiden flights done by other owner.

Excellent Ronin. She wants to go and in a hurry! Im not sure grass and Mission is the place for a maiden and I dont know of any jets that do go off of grass. But you know best Im sure. Sounds great and imagine if you did put the cam on it we could all go for a ride.

Thanks a lot Larry. I've seen quite a few taking off from the grass, mission will be an option once the maiden is done, and I see how she handles. The Victorias littlest big air show from last year had a couple off the grass there, and lots on youtube with them doing it off grass. The gear is actually really good on this one, not like my F16 ducted fan. The canopy has all that dead space I can use for the cam, have to work out how the mount and a better securing system for the canopy works

The jet looks great. What kind of radio system are you using with it? And, is it just plain kerosene for fuel?

Hi Eric, I'm using my JR9303 2.4 system with an AR9000 rx and it's running on Kerosene with 5% synthetic turbine oil, (aeroshell 560)

oh also starts on propane. I haven't got the kerostart kit in it, so the propane is to get it going and lit, and then the computer feathers in the right amount of kerosene to complete the start
