While doing the down hip r, l accent, pull in your lower abs. On the accent release lower abs out (let it all hang out) and then pull lower abs back in. I also do the move at the very end of this choreography.
That move is a 3/4 shimmy overlaid on a sideways tush push. I have a video of the 3/4 shimmy but not the tush push. Basically it is a step together, back foot pushes you forward and the hip up at the same time. Together, push, together, push.... 3/4 shimmy on top. ;-)
