this happens because one of the keyframes of the codec failed to load (or bee transmited) but the concurrent information was not, so the video codec (at transmission) rotates, moves and someitmes change the size of parts of the image to get better compression at lower bit-rates (look at inter-frame codec compression at wikipedia) it's a common error with those codec. it's not shapesifting.
